Advantages and Defects of Stainless Steel Wire-fastened Gate Valve

Stainless steel threaded gate valves are usually divided into three categories: right-angle and straight-through DC oblique globe valves. Stainless steel threaded gate valves can only move in one direction and have directionality when installed. The structure length of the valve is longer than that of the gate valve, and the resistance of a fluid is large. The sealing reliability of the valve is not strong when it runs for a long time.

Some defects of stainless steel wire-fastened gate valves are as follows:

1. Fluid resistance is high, and the force required for opening and closing is large.

1. The structure is simple and easy to manufacture and repair.

2. Small working journey and short start-up and shut-down time.

3. Good sealing, less friction between sealing surfaces and longer life.
